About:
The DPH Office of Compliance & Policy Affairs (OCPA) is responsible for establishing policies and procedures to protect patient privacy and ensure that DPH complies with federal billing requirements by CMS for claims for services. OCPA is also responsible for the code of conduct and ensuring compliance with City Conflict of Interest rules. OCPA has been established as the office within DPH to investigate referrals from the Controller's Office Whistleblower Program.
