We publish public meeting agendas 72 hours before the meeting.
We post minutes after they get approved by the Oversight Committee members.

Public comment will be heard in the following order:
- Members of the public attending in-person
- Members of the public attending remotely

DCYF manages the Free City College Program and the City College Financial Assistance Fund Oversight Committee, also known as the Free City College (FCC) Oversight Committee.
