City Survey

Children and Family Survey

The Controller’s Office, in partnership with the Department of Children, Youth and Their Families (DCYF), the Office of Early Care and Education (OECE), First 5 San Francisco, the San Francisco Unified School District (SFUSD), and the Our Children Our Families (OCOF) Council developed the Child and Family Survey to learn more about families in our City.

The City Survey objectively assesses San Francisco residents’ use of and satisfaction with various city services. The 2023 City Survey is the 18th survey conducted. InterEthnica and EMC Research jointly administered the survey, and City Performance in the Controller's Office analyzed the data and developed the report and website.
